James E. Davis, Sr. – has been a director of the Bank since January 2001. Now retired, he was the CEO and founder of 3-D Machining, Inc. in Riviera Beach. Mr. Davis has been a resident and businessman in Palm Beach County since 1958. He has served the local community as a member of Rotary and as a board member of the Benjamin Academy. Mr. Davis holds a B.A. from the University of Missouri.

S. Barrie Godown – has been a director of the Bank since September 2000, and was voted Chairman of the Board in May 2011. Mr. Godown has been a practicing and well-respected CPA in the Jupiter/North Palm Beach area since 1980. He is a past Chamber of Commerce President and a member of the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation. Mr. Godown holds a B.A. from the University of Florida.

Mark E. Holmes – has been a director of the Bank since December 2005. He is a Broker Associate with WaterPointe Realty Group in Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens. Mr. Holmes is a life long resident of Palm Beach County and has served the local community as a member of the Jupiter/Tequesta/Hobe Sound REALTOR Assn.; Board of Directors of the North Palm Bch Chamber of Commerce; Past President of Century 21 Palm Beach Council; VP of Century 21 Treasure Coast Council; Easter Seals Board of Directors; Past Board Member of the American Heart Association and Past President of Palm Beach Gator Club Alumni Association. Mr. Holmes holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Florida.

Hugh C. Jacobs, Jr. - is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in October 2009. Mr. Jacobs has more than 20 years experience as a business executive for various business organizations. He started his career at a community bank located in north Georgia, and since that time has helped several businesses in the banking and software industries to grow, increase profits, analyze and implement expansions, accomplish business plans, obtain funding, and streamline business processes. Throughout his career, Mr. Jacobs has diligently worked to determine the customers' needs and to meet those needs in the most efficient and effective way possible. Mr. Jacobs has a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Warren B. Mosler – has been a director of the Bank since 1996. Mr. Mosler has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry with such firms as Bankers Trust and Bach & Company in New York and William Blair & Company in Chicago. He is a founder and principal in the Illinois Income Investors & AVM L.P. broker/dealer companies and president of Valance Co. in St Croix. He is chairman & majority shareholder of race car manufacturer Consulier Engineering and Associate Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Economic Policy in the U.K. Mr. Mosler holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Mathieu P. Rosinsky – joined the Board of Directors in November of 2012. Mr. Rosinsky is the Managing Partner of The Rosinsky Organization, investors in commercial real estate, focusing primarily on shopping centers and office buildings. Mr. Rosinsky is dedicated to raising contributions for prostate cancer research in honor of his late father, and has been active in the Big Brother program for many years. Mr. Rosinsky holds an Associate’s Degree in finance from Northwood University and is a licensed real estate broker.

Richard H. Wilson, Jr., CTFA – joined the board in October 2012. He is the Co-Founder and President of Patrician Capital. Mr. Wilson has strong family lineage in the trust and wealth management sector. Mr. Wilson has over a decade of industry experience with a specialization in investment management, trust administration, estate planning and settlement. His past positions have included Vice President and Trust Officer for Citi Trust, Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer for Grand Bank and Trust of Florida and Trust Administrator for Merrill Lynch Trust Company. Mr. Wilson was awarded Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami. He also attained the designation of Certified Trust & Financial Advisor from the American Bankers Association.
