Hugh C. Jacobs, Jr. - is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in October 2009.  Hugh has more than 20 years experience as a business executive for various business organizations.  He started his career at a community bank located in north Georgia, and since that time has helped several businesses in the banking and software industries to grow, increase profits, analyze and implement expansions, accomplish business plans, obtain funding, and streamline business processes.  Throughout his career, Hugh has diligently worked to determine the customers' needs and to meet those needs in the most efficient and effective way possible.  Hugh has a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.  

Patricia B. Martin – is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in 1999.  Patti has a BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from Barry University.

Cindy Cahill - is Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Banking for Enterprise Bank, joining the bank in April 2012.  Cindy has over 18 years of banking experience, encompassing an extensive background in multiple areas of executive bank management, including retail banking, private banking/wealth management and investments.  She has also held the FINRA series 7, 63, 65, Florida Health, Life and Variable Annuity licenses. 

Cindy has a BS in Finance and an MBA from the University of South Florida.  Cindy has worked for notable financial institutions such as Fidelity Federal Bank & Trust, Morgan Stanley, and Regions Bank.  Cindy has always been an active member of the community; she has served as a trustee member for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, the treasurer for the Kiwanis club, served on the Women’s Board for the United Way, and has participated in many other clubs and organizations throughout South Florida.

Jo-Ann Copeland - is Vice-President, Senior Compliance Officer and BSA Officer for Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in June 2012.  With more than 28 years of banking experience,   Jo-Ann is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) with an extensive background in Compliance, BSA, and Audit.   Prior to joining Enterprise Bank, Jo-Ann was previously employed by Grand Bank.  Jo-Ann is a graduate of Bryant University with a BS in Business Administration.

Sue Craig - is Vice President, Human Resources Director of Enterprise Bank, having joined the bank in August 2007. Sue began her career in training while at IBM and has worked in various human resources management roles since 1986. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank, Sue worked at Tyco Fire & Security Headquarters as the HR Manager and was responsible for all global HR projects. She also created and delivered the first on-line training program for employees at Medical Staffing Network and co-created the Human Resources Department for Bankrate, Inc. Sue has a BPS in Human Resources Management from Barry University and a certificate in e-Learning Instructional Design from the American Society of Training and Development.
